Course Overview

Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) are the most prestigious postgraduate programs for individuals aspiring to build careers in business management, administration, and entrepreneurship.

While an MBA is a degree program offered by universities and colleges affiliated with them, a PGDM is a diploma program offered by autonomous institutes recognized by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). Despite the technical difference in nomenclature, both courses are treated as equivalent in the corporate world when it comes to career growth and job opportunities. These programs are designed to develop leadership skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
