Out of every 100 seats of MBBS and BDS in UP government and private hospitals, 85 will be given to those who come from UP. Those who have a domicile certificate for UP and have qualified for NEET UG 2026 will be considered for counseling.

Who Is Eligible for UP NEET UG 2026 Counselling?
Before registering, confirm you meet all the conditions listed here:
- Must have qualified NEET UG 2026 with the prescribed minimum cutoff marks
- Must hold a valid Uttar Pradesh domicile or residence certificate
- Must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board

UP NEET UG 2026 Counselling Process: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Online Registration: Visit upneet.gov.in once registration opens. Fill in your basic details, including NEET roll number, date of birth, and contact information. Create your login credentials and verify via OTP.
Step 2: Fee and Security Deposit Payment: Pay the registration fee and security deposit online. Based on previous years, the fee structure is:
