  • We are committed to providing Our customers (“You”) with the highest quality Services. However, on rare occasions, Services may be found to be deficient. In such cases, We offer refunds in accordance with this Refund Policy (“Policy”).

  • You, as a customer, are advised to read Our Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy along with this Policy.

  • By using this website, You agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification, as well as with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, You are advised not to transact on this website.

  • We offer a 14-day refund for the eligible Services from the date of purchase.

3. Refunds Rules

  • Every effort is made to service orders as per the specifications and timelines mentioned. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations on Our side, the service is not provided, the order is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded.

  • We will not process a refund if you have placed the order for the wrong service.

  • For a qualifying refund request, We may refund the full amount, less any additional cost incurred by Us in providing the Services.

  • Refunds are considered only after the Customer produces relevant documents and proof. You must note your Transaction ID and receipt number as provided by the payment gateway.

  • Once qualified, refunds are applied to the original payment option.

4. Order Not Confirmed But Amount Deducted

  • If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please contact your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) Business Days for the bank to reverse the amount.

  • If the issue has not been resolved within 7 Business Days, you can contact Our customer care support at: contact@campusin.com.

5. Exemptions

  • Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, We may refuse to provide a refund for a service if:

    1. You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the service before you availed it.

    2. The service was free.

    3. Refund requests are placed after the refund window is closed.

    4. The discrepancy is due to a payment gateway partner.

    5. The payment was made after the deadline for the application to the college.

  • Apart from the above, the following exemptions and deductions are applicable when it comes to the refund:

    1. Payment toward cloud servers

The privacy of your data supplied to Us during the return and refund procedure is also governed by our privacy policy.

7. Response Time

  • Refunds are normally processed within 7 (seven) Business Days after verifying the refund request.

  • The refund period may depend on various banking and payment channels, and We will not be liable for any errors or delays caused by banks or third-party service providers.

We reserve the right to refuse any request for a refund if such request is not in compliance with this Policy or applicable laws.

10. Chargeback And Fraud Prevention

  • We take fraudulent refund claims seriously. If We detect any misuse of our Refund Policy — including but not limited to false claims, unauthorized chargebacks, or excessive returns indicating abuse — We reserve the right to:

    1. Suspend or terminate your account.

    2. Reject future refund or return requests.

    3. Take legal action to recover fraudulent claims.

  • Customers are encouraged to contact our customer support before initiating a chargeback request to resolve any disputes amicably.

We shall not be considered in breach of guarantee or terms of service and shall not be liable to the Customer for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason beyond Our control including natural disasters, pandemics, fire, an act of God or public enemy, famine, plague, the action of the court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
